If you are a victim of crime and suffered injury, you have a right to claim compensation through the Government Compensation Scheme. We can help you with this.
Under the Northern Ireland Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme, you are not entitled to legal costs for our advice. Therefore our fee is deducted from any claim amount.
Our solicitors can discuss criminal injury claims with you and either give you the paperwork to complete yourself, or complete the forms with you (with an agreed fee before proceeding).
