Seamus Reid
Seamus is the Senior Partner of the firm and actively represents the interests of both his private and commercial clients. He has extensive experience in all areas of litigation and licensing and would be widely recognised as one of Northern Ireland leading litigation solicitors.

Johnny Black
Johnny Black
Johnny was educated at royal Belfast Academical Institution before going on to study Law at Queens University, Belfast where he graduated with an Honours Degree. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1987 and alongside Seamus Reid he was a founding member of the practice. Johnny deals with all types of residential and commercial Conveyancing and property related matters.

Peter Lynch
Peter graduated from Queens University Belfast and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1991. After spells working in both Plaintiff and Defendant firms in Belfast he joined Reid Black Solicitors in 1997.

David French
David French
David graduated from the University of Dundee and was admitted to the Roll of solicitors in 2002. He worked for a leading commercial litigation solicitors in Belfast before joining Reid Black Solicitors as a Partner in 2007. David now controls an extensive and rapidly expanding litigation practice in our Belfast office and is widely regarded both by Private and Commercial clients as someone who they want on their side in any litigation. David has recently successfully acted in a number of complex professional negligence and banking litigation actions in the High Court in Northern Ireland.

Eilis McQuillan
Eilis joined Reid Black Solicitors in 2009 and currently works in our ever expanding Litigation Department based in Belfast. Eilis holds Practising Certificates in the jurisdictions of Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
